What is strength? Define it? If you search through various sources you can come up with 16 different type of strengths?!? Sounds too damn complicated to me‼️ Here’s a few to mention: Strength Endurance, Speed Endurance, Brute Strength, Relative Strength, Explosive Strength, Reactive Ability, Agile Strength, and Maximum Strength.
