Warm up:
•5 min jog, then
•2 rounds of: 5-10 burpees and 5-10 jumping jacks
Workout:
3 min per exercise (30 sec of work, 30 sec rest until 3 min. complete)
•Air squats
•Static lunge: Make sure you’re getting that 90 degree angle at the bottom, then switch sides
•Split jump: Start in bottom lunge position, then jump up and switch sides
Finisher: blasting the calves!
-get on elevated surface (like a book or fallen tree branch)
-3xAMRAP (as many reps as possible)
Cool down:
•5 min jog, then
•Lower body stretches like toe touches—something to loosen up the body from this lower body exercise.
