So yesterday was leg day, and it was ROUGH. 😩 But a friendly reminder that not hitting your goals doesn't mean you should discount all your progress. ✌🏼 Fitness is interesting. My original goal when I started getting in shape 6 months ago was to lose weight... Not the case anymore. 💁🏻 I want to gain muscle and be strong. I want to not just look good, but FEEL good. I want to have muscle definition and be able to do as many planks for as long as I can and lift all the heavy shit I want. 👏🏼 Fitness is just as much a mental game as it is a physical one. Stay strong mentally and you'll work hard physically 💪🏼
