Cherry Yogurt Parfait 🍒
I meal prepped 3 of these for breakfast this week. It’s filling, loaded with fiber and protein. you can cut out the sugar by using plain Greek yogurt ~ you’ll love this!

How to make it:::
In a small jar or whisky glass
1/4 cup of oats
1 tsp of chia seeds
1/4 cup of unsweet almond milk
Let that sit for an hour or overnight

Layer 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (I did vanilla)
2 Tbsp cherry preserves
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Small handful of blueberries
Sprinkle on candied walnuts (optional any nut or granola will work)
