My go-to 3 egg breakfast skillet! It’s easy af to make, like you don’t even need coffee first! You can top it with so many different combinations ~ Today I did leftover pico de gallo & chili onion crunch.

What’s in it:::
*3 fried eggs
*2 tbsp pico de gallo
*1 tbsp chili onion crunch (from Tjs or Whole Foods)
*feta cheese
*any other toppings of choice

Crack open eggs on a well oiled nonstick pan. Slather on toppings. cover on medium/high heat let it cook for about 2-3 minutes uncover add the cheese and slide onto a plate. enjoy! Xo
