#JustinTimberlake and
#LanceBass were “so butt hurt” after learning their
#NSYNC bandmates scored parts for 2002’s “Star Wars: Episode II — Attack of the Clones,” that it came as a relief when their scenes didn’t make it to the final cut of the film.
#ChrisKirkpatrick,
#JoeyFatone and
#JCChasez were working on a music video on a studio lot that was close to
#StarWars's sound stage, and when producers got word that they were big fans of the movie franchise, they were casted as Jedi warriors for that day's shoot.
During a Fandemic Tour Atlanta event, Fatone clarified that their appearances were nixed due to budget-related issues, since they were
#SAGAFTRA members. He said, “Usually, they have to pay the SAG rights to it. We only signed a confidential thing — which we didn’t say anything — but they had to cut us out of it.”
