D47 INSIDER: Last Tuesday, we went to North Elementary to see what students and staff were up to! We saw a lot of learning and other fun things happening! Kindergarten was in the middle of their purposeful play, and 2nd grade was working on their math problems. We also saw students checking out books and starting their writing prompt for the book "Except Antarctica." You can't miss all the beautiful artwork around North and even the old North Stars mural! Tuesday was especially special because they had their PBIS assemblies for K-5th grade! We captured 3rd-5th grade's assembly and saw skits about honesty, an inspiring resiliency video, a drawing for names for prizes, and of course, a dance party to "Shake it Off"! #northpride #D47Insider #d47pride
