Today at Canterbury Elementary, third grade classrooms had a visit from the McHenry County Conservation's turtle! Students learned about the different types of turtles and which ones can be found around McHenry county. They also learned about round vs. flat turtle shells and how turtles lay eggs. They even got to touch the turtle at the end! #d47pride #knightpride
