She has been known to drop off books on a child's doorstep just because it made her think of them. She also gifted personalized holiday ornaments for each child with her signature Team Thomas phrase, "Your best is good enough!." Mrs. Thomas attends soccer games in the cold and birthday parties in the summer. She sacrificed her lunch breaks to have virtual lunch and games with students who were no longer in her class.
