Her enthusiasm is contagious and she inspires her students to challenge themselves and try new things. Every year, she does a huge production with each grade level at Husmann. She does not repeat the shows. It astounds me that she continues to learn and grow right along with the students instead of making it easier on herself. Mrs. Ladner also makes it a point to get every student involved and give everyone a moment in the spotlight. Her students benefit from her energy and dedication! It also brings the families so much joy to be able to watch their students perform onstage. She really adds to the overall positive climate and culture at Husmann."
