So here it is.⁣ ⁣ Being able to move the middle is, in my opinion, a big piece to getting the shaft to pitch the way we want.⁣ ⁣ If you can get the rib cage moving in the takeaway, you can avoid getting overly adducted in the lead shoulder early, keeping the lead arm off the chest.
