Early extension? tda_golf ・・・ I’m sure many of you said yes 🙋🏼‍♂️ Here’s a great drill to improve your early extension. When we learn to use the ground properly it helps our body move in the way it should be. Too often players just don’t have the correct sensation of what to do with their lead leg/foot in the downswing. Get some rubber tubing/band, get a partner or a door handle, and start fighting through the resistance to get the lead leg pushing the lead hip back and around in the downswing. No more jumping up on your toes in the downswing.
