tylercoonts fixology! ・・・ Jeff is a member of my “Better Every Month” program on Skillestapp. We got things off to a great start after just one lesson by attacking the root cause to his shallow-to-steep shaft pitch pattern.⁣ ⁣ Too much anterior pelvic tilt required the trail leg to extend too much and too quickly, maxing out the limited mobility he gave his pelvis by P2.5.⁣ ⁣ That required his arms to be the dominant driver of controlling his hand path and depth, resulting in too much forearm rotation at the start and the inability to control his radius.⁣ ⁣ Fixing this made a difference everywhere, including impact.
