It’s super easy to interpret pelvic rotation as simply a change in knee flex (lead knee adding flex, trail knee losing flex). What we want is to keep the belt line relatively level, internally rotate the trail hip, with a touch of anterior tilt added into P4.⁣ ⁣ If you’re simply changing knee flex, you’re not actually rotating the pelvis.
