Northwestern loses to Duke 7-21. Very disappointed in how we played today. Our offense couldn’t get anything rolling and Clayton Thorson and TJ Green each had an interception. The defense played decent but obviously couldn’t hold Duke down in the second quarter, where they scored all 21 of their points. We also had our superback Cameron Green get ejected for targeting and had DL Joe Gaziano go down as well. The only positives to look at from this game was Flynn Nagel’s 12 catches for 133 yards- which is a career best for him and scoring on our opening drive.
