We achieved this entire look using alfaparfmilanopro_usa BB Bleach HighLift 9 starting w 20 vol and finishing with 30 vol! The results I get w HighLift 9 have been unreal! So of course I chose to use her RAW LIFT and we did a root melt using 6/7 equal parts and 3 shots of Gold PIGMENTS for her root tap that I let process for 15 minutes. I used one of my favorite signature placements which is 35 foils or less!
