GiGi and I are getting summer ready ya’ll!☀️🏖#WWPartner She’s finally sleeping a whole 8 hours, so I have way more energy to get into a solid routine..from running errands to meal prepping. It was definitely a struggle at first, because I’m used to just doing various smoothie cleanses (and other quick fixes🙈) over short periods of time. But I learned the hard way, that crash dieting only helps temporarily! I always end up slipping back into my same old habits, and never truly seeing long term results.
