In today's installment, Mets farmhand Pat Mazeika pattayymaz10 discusses his current swing progression and the adjustments he is focusing on leading into the 2018 season. Pat finished his 2017 year in Double-A Binghamton after a strong showing in an All-Star season in the Florida State League (A+). In the above swings, we see two noticeably different body positions. "Off the tee, that was what I'd gotten away with in the past, really getting more of my weight onto my front leg, trying to be aggressive through the baseball but with too much downward and forward plunge with my arms. There's not much tilt with my upper body. On the front toss swing, which I'm pleased to say is a more recent video, you can see how I'm finishing farther back with my upper body.
