Stress management can be difficult, especially with a busy schedule. Finding ways to work stress-relieving activities into your daily routine is key— and they do not have to take hours. While speaking to a professional may not be realistic on a daily basis, you can implement a nightly stretching routine to decompress. Or, while getting ready in the morning, consider playing your favorite music and dancing around to release any pent up energy. One of our personal favorites, though, is letting off some steam with friends. You can call them on your commute to school or work and make time to laugh for ten or twenty minutes.
