It’s #IUPSeniorDay for our women’s lacrosse program | Shannon Hartigan: I realized you can't take everything you have for granted, you have to appreciate the moments when they are happening. Chelsea Johnston: You need to appreciate the moment in time you are in because your situation can change in a blink or an eye. Claire Richardson: The only thing I can say is that you truly can't take anything for granted. One moment you're playing the game you love and laughing with your teammates and the next it's gone. I am truly grateful that I was able to play IUP lacrosse, create amazing bonds with my teammates and to have had a wonderful college experience. I am proud of the way we worked hard and came together this year. #TalonsUp
