Although it is an extremely difficult time, I know that how I respond to this adversity will truly define me as a person and an athlete at IUP.” Ben Hudock: “I've learned that we, no matter what it is, should never take anything for granted.” JP Pellis: “We all need to appreciate every opportunity and treat every workout, practice, or game like it's your last because it will be one day.”
