Throwback Thursday - High schoolers harvesting olives in 2016, and preschoolers harvesting today! Since 1898, heirloom olive trees on campus were harvested by the nuns. The tradition was taken up again in 2008 with students harvesting and making Sacred Heart Schools’ premium olive oil.
