Yesterday we had the honor to celebrate 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝘀. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗹 𝗦𝘄𝗮𝗻, after nearly 50 dedicated years to the property! Her unwavering commitment and exceptional service have been instrumental to our organization. Cheryl started working at this property during the construction phase of the MGM Grand Hotel in 1977 at the age of 28 and is our property’s only DAY ONE Team Member. She prefers being the one in the background while focusing on building relationships by always lifting people up and reminding them that their role is every bit as important as anyone’s and to ensure that no one felt excluded.
