Go easy on yourself now bc you’ll look back and wish you had been more kind to yourself💗 It’s crazy to think I used to breathe in in every photo, I would never wear a bikini & thought I was huge because I was bigger than most other girls my age and what I seen in the media. I wish I could go back and tell her that she’s more than how her body looks. She’s smart, she’s strong, she’s competitive, she’s funny, she’s kind, shes caring, she’s hard working and so much more!
