Congrats to #MinerVB for earning the AVCA Team Academic Award for the 7th year in a row! The award is earned for all volleyball teams with a team GPA of a 3.30 or higher. The 2014-15 Miners earned team GPA of 3.57 in mostly high level science & engineering majors. It's the second highest team GPA of all the GLVC volleyball teams (barely behind Drury with a 3.58) and all Miner Athletic teams this year!! 13 of 16 MinerVB players (81.2% of the team) earned Academic All-GLVC this year!!
