🇮🇹 Florence at Le Tour Currently on the drive from Firenze to the finish of Stage 1 in Rimini. The tour has begun, but that means i’m learning already about the relentless pace of this race. A bit of time on the laptop and I said to myself ‘stop delaying and get these team presentation crowd shots out.’ You read, you hear, and you watch the passion of a TDF crowd. But wow, it’s all an understatement. It’s a subtle kind of energy. Some of it isn’t seen, but it’s felt. Although they aren’t screaming their lungs out, you can feel their love for it all. And then boom, a Pogacar, a Bettiol, a Cavendish comes out on to the stage and it’s an eruption. What a joy to be that close to it all. Plus.
