Many times dancers will experience some sense of tightness in the front of their hip. And many times they spend countless hours trying to stretch away the tightness.

But how many dancers actually need more stretching? Instead of doing the same thing and expecting a different result, try a different approach.

The psoas march focuses on actually utilizing the hip flexor to build some strength. Many times the hip flexors need to be strengthen rather than continuously stretched.
