Another Friday, Another exercise to help dancers 💃🏻 build some stress tolerance. _ Many times dancers will experience some sense of tightness in the front of their hip. And many times they spend countless hours trying to stretch away the tightness. _ But how many dancers actually need more stretching? Instead of doing the same thing and expecting a different result, try a different approach. _ The psoas march focuses on actually utilizing the hip flexor to build some strength. Many times the hip flexors need to be strengthen rather than continuously stretched. _ Give this exercise a try. Have ???
