🚨Another week and another exercise to help dancers build some foundational strength 🚨. _ This gem 💎 of an exercise is called knee knockers. This works on hip internal and external rotation in a closed chain position. Focus should be placed on allowing the movement to come from your hip and not your trunk or foot. _ Some will say the knees should never come together. But is that real life especially for dancers?
