This gem 💎 of an exercise is called knee knockers. This works on hip internal and external rotation in a closed chain position. Focus should be placed on allowing the movement to come from your hip and not your trunk or foot.

Some will say the knees should never come together. But is that real life especially for dancers? Will their knee never cross midline during a practice or performance?

How about we build some tolerance to the position so when the body is exposed to the movement, it doesn’t become a threat to the system.
