It’s Friyay so another episode of crossing training for dancers. _ jordandpt5 demonstrates banded hip 3 way. This exercise places more emphasis on the standing leg rather than the moving leg. While standing on one leg move the opposite leg out to the side, back at 45 degree angle, and straight back. _ Work to keep yourself from dropping into the hip on the standing leg.
