How could we?!? _ But the reality is - many injuries are insidious in nature. Meaning, they just seem to pop up out of nowhere. _ These types of injuries happen from micro trauma that builds up from poor movement patterns, lack of mobility, stability, or strength. _ If you got assessed by a physical therapist once or twice a year, you would be aware of all your movement deficiencies. You would now be aware of your strengths and weaknesses, and would have a plan for attacking them. _ This will help you continue moving and performing well year round. _ We already do preventative care for our health, teeth, and eyes.
