#dance medicine team demonstrates this hip recovery drill variation, quad circles. ➡️ When performing the rocking, want to make sure you maintain a neutral spine. As you sit back on your heels, make sure pelvis does not move. Instead of rocking straight back, move to the side to initiate a circular motion. ➡️ This will target all corners of the hip joint as well as being able to control motion in more than just a forward/backward direction.
