Dancers we are at it again. Here is a great progression to the very first exercise we posted in regards to foot care. In this video elevés are performed while maintaining a slight squeeze of the tennis ball between heels and beginning in tripod. Elevé and shift weight to one foot. Once weight shifted, flex other foot towards shin and slowly lower down on single leg. Focus on the control and not allowing compensations to occur. You can perform this exercise all on one side then switch or alternate back and forth. GIVE IT A TRY!!!! Only 1 more week of our
