Attention dancers!!! Here is another foot and ankle video to help you maintain those healthy feet. This drill is called hello/goodbye. 1st: Hello - toes spread open equally. 2nd: Goodbye - flex toes to parallel. 3rd: Dome to Point - lift under foot and pointe. 4th: Demi-pointe - equally pull all toes towards your face. 5th: Reverse - pointe then pull under foot to start series again.
