“Farewell Teeny Boppers” - Mei Takeda Happy Birthday to our sweetheart, the one and only Mei Takeda. When she’s not helping to better our chapter, Mei loves to cook classic Italian cuisine, explore beaches of California, learn new crafts, and snowboard in Big Bear. When it’s time for “SigEp’s Giving” Mei’s famous Lasagna is bound to be the star dish. Mei has had four highest GPA awards within her own chapter kkg_ucr . Mei is also very passionate about philanthropy. At our joint philanthropy, “Reading Across America,” Mei and her chapter join us in reading to the students of John F. Kennedy Elementary. After this summer, she will be moving to Orange County for her work as a behavior therapist in addition to pursuing her masters in nursing. Mei has always had our chapters best interest at heart and we are proud to have such a balanced women supporting us.
