Sydney Track Classic | Australian 3,000m National Record on home soil 🇦🇺💙😁 Last night was made possible by the incredible nozomi_tanaka_official helping set the rhythm and the overwhelming tunnel of noise from the crowd carrying me around the stadium. The crowd was electric and it was so much fun feeling them will me on to the record once it was within reach! 🫶🏼It’s extra special to run fast in Australia and have so many friends and family present to share the moment with! Thank you Nozomi for being so willing to help me out and perfectly dialled in to the splits, I hope I can return the favour one day soon!
