💭 “We are bringing our best selves everyday and we can do hard things. We’ve got this!”- my thoughts in the midst of some tough altitude workouts! Sometimes this goes around and around in my own mind, other times it’s spoken as a reassurance to my teammates and myself aloud as a reminder that we can do it, or my teammates come through with the words of reassurance and cues that I need to hear to keep pushing 💪🏼 there’s no better feeling than getting it done alongside these ladies!
