We got that sauce. A special collaboration between @dfc.afterschool and @dc_scores to celebrate Seaton Elementary and its new MLS All Star Mini Pitch. For the past several months, students at Seaton have been working with Design FC to design the outer walls of a mini pitch that now sits in their backyard. In celebration of all their hard work and achievements on and off the pitch, the poet-athletes got to design their own team jersey that represents their favorite group poem, “We Got That Sauce”. Each element of the poem is visually represented on the jersey, and incorporates drawings and patterns created by the Seaton Stingers. To the reigning poetry slam champs @seatondc and all of their coaches, congratulations on an incredible year 🏆
