Canadian Sailor Carlos Charabati from Montreal, QC, won the gold medal at the 2024 ILCA 4 Youth World Championships which ended today, Sunday, in Viana do Castelo, Portugal. Carlos Charabati’s gold medal is a first in Canadian sailing at the annual ILCA 4 Youth World Championships. The first edition was held in 2002. “It’s incredible!
