“Make Good Choices” the @amesspineandsport way. I did my best to live by that motto, but when I failed, *no comment*, I knew where to go. I’m so grateful for @jessijanorschke.dc and the whole Spine & Sport team. They bought into my dream and vision Day 1, and did everything in their power to assist along the way. The work the goes into maintaining the body while multi training is basically full time job, but they stepped up to the challenge every time. They were there for every physical (and mental) hurdle that popped up along the way. I felt better than I had in years and we were really doing the damn thing.. but tendons, I tell you what.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ Jessi, Mychal, Brandi, Katie, Kristina, Kenton, Clay and of course, my Bestie, Kaci, you were all a huge part of why I got to step back onto this stage again.
