“As mother and daughter, we not only are a family who works at 3M, but also consider 3M to be part of our family.” In 1973, Mariella began working at 3M Italy where she spent 35 years. Her positive experience working for 3M influenced her daughter, Raffaella, to continue in her footsteps. Together, Mariella and Raffaella have been part of 3M for 59 years, and are proud to be a multi-generational 3Mer family. #LifeWith3M
