Nearly 500 school children got to go behind the scenes at the curraghracecourse last Monday to take part in their education day in association with #HRIRacingJuniors🙌 The pupils got to meet Curragh trainer Richard Brabazon and his retired racehorse Korbous, jockey Aine O’Connor and Curragh Grounds Manager Richie Brophy🐎 They also received demonstrations from RACE (Racing Academy & Centre of Education) using the racehorse simulator and Donal Bennett, master farrier from the Irish School of Farriery.
