Amelia (amelia_gives_af) approaches her teaching in a pragmatic, intuitive way focusing on breath and proper alignment to ensure an effective and safe experience. She’s empowered with over 1,000 hours of training in vinyasa flow yoga, hot yoga, meditation guidance, restorative/yin yoga, pre/postnatal and barre/fitness. Her purpose is encouraging students to connect to mind, body and breath to create a more intimate relationship with oneself.
