Overnight Oats by gertnerskitchen
📝Ingredients:
* 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
* 1 cup of milk
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 2 tbsp. maple syrup
* 1 tbsp. chia seeds
* 1 tbsp. flax seeds
Vanilla Oats
All ingredients above plus
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Chocolate Oats
All ingredients above plus
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract
* 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
🍴Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients into an air-tight container. Using mason jars is the best as you can use them as a measuring cup and they are easy to grab and go in the mornings.
2. Refrigerate overnight. Top with fruit of your choice and a tbsp. of almond butter for a filling easy-to-go breakfast.
