Good morning, it's story time! Today is 2022 Equal Pay Day - a date that symbolizes how far into the year women must work to earn what men earned in the previous year. However, March 15 is only half the story. ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ While today represents the women’s average, the gender pay gap is compounded by the racial pay gap.
