The sister languae to Nouveau Thuillean, Saegen is also a simplication of the runes used to cast Northern Magic. Saegen writing used to be a logography like Chinese but, in the last 400 years or so, it has been reduced to a simpler alphabet for signs, historical record, and tax-collection purposes.
