I love Kothu Roti, one of my fave dishes, but now that I’ve had butter chicken kothu roti, I’m obsessed. Also it’s HALAL. It’s much milder than your “regular” kothu roti, but it’s still got delicious spices and a rich butter chicken flavour. They mix their chicken curry in their house made butter chicken sauce, and add sauce into the kothu roti when they make it as well. It’s topped off with two pieces of delicious tandoori chicken and coleslaw for a nice crunch. enjoy! Also apologies for lack of food content.
