This is the Deluxe hot chicken sando from Sam’s Ribs and Hot Chicken and it is a beautiful creation. First of all it is ACTUALLY HOT. I got a level 3 in heat- spiced with scotch bonnet peppers. If you want to, you can go all the way up to a level 5 which is spiced with Carolina Reapers. 🔥🔥 The chicken itself is brined in pickle juice for over 24 hours which adds a nice punch of flavour to the meat. The sandwich I got was topped with this delicious dragonfruit sauce- tangy and sweet!
