Next Level Hummus bowls from thehummussiah Holy moly- I don’t think I’ve experienced hummus at the level it’s served up at The Hummussiah. You can find warm hummus bowls here full of garlicky and lemony and delicious goodness. Eating their hummus felt like a warm hug. The hummus is the base of their dishes and you can get a variety of things like their Hummushuka which is a cross combo of hummus and Shakshuka (poached eggs in a tomato spiced stew). You can get their hummus with halal chuck stew (beef that’s been braised for 3 hours with pomegranate juice and root veggies).
