Hand made noodles make a WORLD of difference, my lord. I had dinner at noodlemerestaurant a few weeks ago (mind you that’s why I’m dining in which is no longer allowed at the moment), and luckily they do takeout! I immediately fell in love with their handmade noodles- both pulled, and shaved. The texture of the hand made noodles are somewhat indescribable, but I’ll try my best- they’re chewy and bitey and have a bounce to them if they makes sense. And they THICCC, my word. I had two dishes here, their sesame cold noodle which was simple but packed full of flavour and crunch, and their chicken Chow Mein which was just 😱😱😱.
