Locate and identify proper tubing for frame work⠀ ⠀ 6. Bend tubing ⠀ ⠀ 7. Notch straight tubes⠀ ⠀ 8. Use blueprints to locate & identify material for threaded bungs⠀ ⠀ 9. Machine caster bungs to blue prints ⠀ ⠀ 10. Cut sheet metal parts using CNC plasma cutter or laser cutting machine ⠀ ⠀ 11. Check that all parts are cut to blueprint specification⠀ ⠀ 12. Bend all sheet metal parts using CNC press brake ⠀ ⠀ 13. Prep all parts for assembly ⠀ ⠀ 14. Insert and TIG weld bungs into bottom of tubes ⠀ ⠀ 15. Fit bent tubes into sheet metal base and square using top tubes and squares - tack weld ⠀ ⠀ 16. Top tubes and seat mount tabs should be tacked into place using fixture ⠀ ⠀ 17.
